On the CBS sunburst labels, two different copyright notices exist. They are either: 1. "All rights of the manufacturer and of the owner of the recorded work reserved. Unauthorised public performance, broadcasting, copying and rental of this record prohibited" or 2. "All rights of the producer and of the owner of the recorded work reserved. Unauthorised copying, public performance, broadcasting, hiring or rental of this recording prohibited".
Some of the re-issue CBS records, depending on the thickness of the vinyl, are a translucent brown vinyl when held to light. I have indicated below the most obvious ones.
Most of the CBS sleeves are reproductions of the UK Island sleeves with the Island information blanked out. Some reproductions appear to be better than others and I have indicated where the blanking out is most obvious.
Some of the re-issue CBS records, depending on the thickness of the vinyl, are a translucent brown vinyl when held to light. I have indicated below the most obvious ones.
Most of the CBS sleeves are reproductions of the UK Island sleeves with the Island information blanked out. Some reproductions appear to be better than others and I have indicated where the blanking out is most obvious.
